Rui is the client app of Ruchi Gurnani, a nutritionist based in Delhi, India. It is made only for her clients. This page explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Your phone number and name. Used to sign you in and to match you to your plan. There is no password. You confirm with the last four digits of your own number.
• What you log in the app. Daily weight, water, meal check-ins and any photos you choose to upload.
• Messages. Anything you write to your nutritionist inside the app, and her replies.
• Your diet plans. The plans your nutritionist has made for you, so the app can show them.
• A push notification token. A code from your phone so we can send you reminders. It does not identify you personally.

What we do not collect

No location. No contacts. No advertising identifiers. No tracking across other apps or websites. The app has no ads and no analytics trackers.

Why we collect it

For one reason only: so your nutritionist can coach you. Your weight, water and meal logs let her see how you are doing between calls. Reminders help you stay consistent.

Who can see it

• Your nutritionist, Ruchi Gurnani.
• Nobody else. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers or other companies.

To run the app we use trusted service providers who store data on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in), Amazon Web Services (app servers) and Expo (push notifications). They process data only to provide the service.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client, so your history stays available to you and your nutritionist. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Deleting your data

Message your nutritionist in the app, or on WhatsApp at +91 95609 58866, and ask for your account to be deleted. Your logs, messages, photos and login will be removed within 30 days. Your nutritionist may keep a copy of your diet plans for her own records, as any health practitioner does.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored in secured cloud databases. Only your nutritionist and the people who maintain the app can access it.

Children

Rui is for adults who are clients of the nutritionist. It is not directed at children under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the new version will be published here.
